New Ordering and Deposit Procedure

ORDERING YOUR BELLOFOODBOX

From  21st March on, our orders will close at midnight on Wednesday for the following week’s boxes.  As this is the same day you collect your box, it’ll be easier to remember to place next week’s order.*

Ordering options:

  1. Order and pay with cash in person at 19 Casuarina Ave on Wednesday between 3:30-5:30pm;
  2. Order online but pay with cash in person at 19 Casuarina Ave on Wednesday between 3:30-5:30pm;
  3. Order online and pay via direct deposit with your online bank.
    • For Bananacoast Credit Union (BCU) customers this transfer is immediately effective and you don’t need to do anything else
    • For all non-BCU members we need to receive confirmation of payment from your bank, or a copy of your online transfer, via email by 9.30am Thursday to ensure we can order your produce for the following Wednesday
    • When you pay online, please use the surname under which your order was placed, and if possible, the pick-up date you’re ordering for, as a reference.

DEPOSIT

bellofoodbox now requires a deposit equivalent to the value of your box order.  This deposit can be redeemed for your order if your payment doesn’t come through on time and that will ensure you still get your box that week.  However the deposit will need to be replaced, in addition to payment for your next order before we can proceed with filling further orders.  This deposit is refundable if ever you
